Greetings Riverside Lacrosse, We are looking forward to seeing everyone back at school this week! In the meantime we have a few quick reminders for you. Greetings Riverside Lacrosse,   We hope you are having a great summer. We know that there has been confusion, frustration, and issues since switching to the new ring company, Jostens. We have been doing a ton of work behind the scenes along with Mr. Oblas trying to make things correct. It is still a work in progress, but I wanted to give you a status update and hopefully make things a little clearer and more concise.   Regarding the 2023 Rings : The Jostens rep that was working with us in 2023 never ran credit cards or submited payment for any ring. When our new rep took over our account this year, he noticed this mistake and that is when we reached out to see what the problem was. Jostens is still requesting payment for the 2023 rings . They messed up again by reaching out and charging $476, when the decided price for families was $325. After we caught this mistake, the 2023 rep sent an email out to all families about the mistake and correction in price. This is still on going.
