Coach Florczyk (Floor-zik) joined the Riverside Lacrosse Coaching Staff in the Fall of 2020 as the JV Head Coach, also as an assistant to the Varsity program.
“Coach K” has been actively involved in coaching both youth Baseball & Lacrosse since 2014. Prior to joining the Rams, he was coaching with Cavalier Lacrosse Program (2026 team) & Ashburn “Bandits” Youth Lacrosse (12U). In the Fall 2021 he was the Head Coach for the Belmont MS team, and they went on to win the MS championship. In 2021, Coach Florczyk started coaching for the Hammers Lacrosse program, where he currently serves as the 2025 Head Coach.
Coach Florczyk was a member of the Virginia Wesleyan Lacrosse club in 1989, and a founding member of the Marlins team that joined the D-3 ODAC conference in 1990. He played with leather laces as a Midfielder, and sported a cool “bucket helmet”, until he graduated in 1991.
Keith is also very active in the community, supports many local charities, and is also a founding member of the Riverside Rams Booster club. As a family man, he has a very supportive wife (Diane), and is a proud father to Madison & Michael. Professionally, he is a successful owner of a business that he started in 2001, where he wears multiple hats as an Insurance Agent, Mortgage Loan officer, and Investment Advisor. When not working or coaching, he can likely be found golfing, skiing, or playing cornhole or poker.

Coach Callis has been playing lacrosse for over a decade. He helped start the Riverside lacrosse program as well as the football program in 2015 as a player. He was part of the first graduating class at Riverside in 2017.
Coach Callis helped lead Riverside lacrosse to its first undefeated season and State Championship in 2017 as a midfielder and face-off specialist. In 2017 he played in the NOVA 44 All-star lacrosse game which is the top 22 Northern Virginia public school players vs. the top 22 Northern Virginia private school players. He also played in the WaveLax All-Star game which is the top 22 Virginia players vs the top 22 Maryland players.
Coach Callis scored the first touchdown in school history for the football program. He also holds the school record for tackles in a season.
Coach Callis has been with Riverside Lacrosse from the very beginning and understands what it means to be ALL IN. He takes pride in a tough hardworking team that battles through adversity.
